Job description for Business Development Executive (Online Talent Platform) at Glints Vietnam
- Attract new clients (employers) by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Approach potential clients (employers) through various channels such as conducting cold callings/messaging, etc.
- Acquire quality employers and jobs to post on our platform
- Support our employers as their hiring process through our platform
- Collaborate closely with internal teams: operation and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals and strategies
- Open, progressive, and entrepreneurial company culture
- Opportunity to learn from and work with experienced sales leaders
- Collaborative and dynamic working environment
- 1-3 years of experiences in B2B Sales, Telesales or Customer Services (preferred having experience in staffing & recruitment sercive)
- Target-driven with a focus on quality
- Confident at deliver sales: especially over phone calling and messaging
- Enjoys helping and supporting customers, especially hiring managers
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for sales tracking and reporting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
