● Ensuring timely management reports are prepared in accordance with agreed accounting policies and procedures with full disclosure of all significant transactions and provided to the shareholder/owner in accordance with agreed timetables.
● Contacting new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotion.
● Creating excitement and setting appointments for customers to ride/drive the company world class motorcycles/automobiles.
● Responding to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to the company state-of-the art auto stores.
● Following the BDC scripts and guidelines on all inbound and outbound calls.
● Ensuring all calls presented are answered promptly and professionally.
● Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals.
● Ensuring that all outbound calls (No Shows, Confirmations, Show appointment follow up and task list calls) are made in a timely and effective manner.
● Consistently meeting the daily guidelines set for number of set appointments, appointment show and outbound calls.
● Ensuring that all communications to and from the client and to and from the sales department are passed on effectively and quickly.
● Performing all other Business Development selling duties as assigned.
● Engaging in all training directed by the BDC Manager.
● Acquiring a complete knowledge of product information related to the makes and models of the dealerships.
● Developing proficiency with all features of the BDC CRM Software and associated products.
● Ensuring all information entered BDC systems is consistent and accurate.
● Maintaining knowledge of coupons, direct mail pieces, all sales advertising and inventory throughout the company and its OEMs.
● Maintaining an up-to-date work schedule of personnel throughout the dealerships.
● Maintaining a thorough understanding and adherence to dealership and BDC department policies and procedures.
● Endeavouring to meet and exceed hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly individual goals as communicated by the BDC Manager.
● Maintaining the essential communication link between the client and the dealership.
● Maintaining strict confidentiality of customer information, as well as dealership processes, marketing strategies.
● Maintaining a professional code of conduct at all times.
