Job description for Admissions Officer at Association of Multinational Ventures & Consulting
- Undergraduate degree in business majors or English.
- English level equivalent to IELTS 5.5. Fluency in written and verbal English is critical.
- At least 2 – 3 years of student recruitment, admissions, or overseas study consultative sales experience.
- Attention to detail and be highly organized.
- Efficient time management and prioritizing skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable working with large databases and doing most daily work on the computer.
- Professional email and phone communication is required.

- Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Hours range from Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 6.00 pm (at the office) and Saturday 8.30 am – 12.00 (work from home)
- Salary up to CAD800 + Annual bonus

- Provide agents with information about the admission process, requirements, and scholarship opportunities, and answer any questions they have.
- Review students’ applications, revise essays, and assess them according to institutions’ eligibility criteria.
- Guide agents through the application and acceptance process.
- Submit applications, enroll students, and maintain students’ files and records.
- Examine the current admission process and recommend changes when necessary.
- Process paperwork for accepted students.
- Update and maintain a database of students’ information
- Assist in promotional events, and participate in training/ info sessions.
