KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
A. 50% - Client Liaison & Agency Servicing
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Client, its brand(s), and its competitive environment. Build strong relationships with the Client teams to permeate the same with business insights.
- Work with Clients to review, add previous performance/agency insights, and formalize marketing and communication plans.
- Create a project management structure around established marketing plans. Coordinate with different Production teams and outsourcing partners to further scope and ensure work-in-progress updates in timely deliveries.
B. 40% - Execution & Stakeholder Management
- Work with Clients to align on creative & production briefs and transfer ownership of execution.
- Work with different specialist teams and outsourced parties to execute the scope of work defined by Clients. Being involved in projects from brainstorming to delivery, supporting the team to tackle any problems coming up with a hands-on attitude
- Handle the day-to-day administration, work-in-progress, and operations surrounding the same brief, including managing complex workflows to deliver multi-channel communication plans in a timely fashion.
- Manage and keep the team informed on work-in-progress, recognizing issues early and pre-empting them.
- Drafting, budgeting, and crafting scopes of work, schedules, cost estimates, and engagement proposals, Assist in creating and managing the measurement process around social, digital, and content strategies
C. 10% - Building Team & Culture
- Succession Planning: Ensure an effective succession plan is in place to accommodate the team's growth and new PIC. Work with the management team to keep the succession plans current.
- Present an overall professional image

● Good knowledge of Digital Advertising and the media industry is important. Key relationships with Advertising Industry professionals, Top Brands in Vietnam
● Good communication in writing and speaking in both English and Vietnamese
● Strong analysis, presenting, and negotiation skills
● A keen interest in digital media with a passion for following digital and advertising trends
● Ability to work long hours, often under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Once the employee has passed probation and signed the labor contract, the employee will have other benefits as follows:
● Social, health, and unemployment insurance (by Vietnamese Law).
● Salary review 2 times a year, every 6 months.
