• Participate in the pitching process, including : understanding client's brief, brainstorming with internal team, preparation of proposals, presentation and other requirements
• Be responsible for execution tasks, coordinate all parties to ensure all work is completed on schedule and as required.
• Researching event markets & update event knowledge from other sources
• Handling troubleshooting in projects with practical solutions.
• Get briefs from Account/ Client, analyze and clarify all requirements, determine the approach.
• Developing and planning practical proposal for client 's brief with creativity.
• Directly present plans, ideas (proposal) to customers effectively and convincingly.
• Coaching and developing team members' skills and knowledge.
• Building teamwork spirit to get better achievements.

• University Degree in Economics, Marketing, Foreign Trade.
• Good at presentation skills, strong written communication in both English and Vietnamese.
• Good at Word, Excel & Power Point - Detailed and focused on quality and innovation
• Passionate, highly committed & self-motivated
• Knowledgeable and up-to-date with Event Market, Communication, Adverstising.
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 6:00 (flexible hours)
o Lunch at the office from Monday to Thursday every week, snack on weekdays.

• Bonus for exceeding sales volume (if any): bonus according to company regulations when exceeding sales targets set for the year, bonus paid twice in February and June.
