Talenesia envisions Indonesia with adaptive, empowered talents and organizations who support each other’s growth towards a sustainable future. We believe that everybody has the capacity to succeed in their own way and the rights to obtain a good quality of life. Indonesia does not lack young, motivated talents.
However, many of them fell through the cracks due to lack of access to higher education, opportunity to upskill professionally, or knowledge to navigate job-seeking challenges.
On the other hand, many businesses face difficulties in building connections with competent talent pools and improving the productivity of their workforce.
Therefore, Talenesia focuses to work in assisting young, low and semi-skilled workers whose potentials have been overlooked within industries and regions and bridging their way to better career opportunities by:
- Preparing low and semi-skilled talents for employment through our potential assessment tools , bootcamp training program and apprenticeship program.
- Connecting low and semi-skilled talents to most suitable economic opportunities through our career coaching program and job placement program.
- Working continuously hand in hand with businesses in developing low & semi-skilled talents through our workforce management program.
