Requirement :
Holding Singaporean or Singaporean Permanent Resident
Able to speak one of these language (Mandarin, Chinese, or Cantonese)
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong travel industry background in product coordination
2 years Experiences in Travel Industry
Able to work in operational environement
Have a good communication skill
Job Description :
Liaise with overseas land operators to coordinate tour & hotel arrangements & negotiate for attractive itinerary and tour pricing for our travel packages.
Liaise with Airlines to request Air group seats and monitoring all group seats deposit and ticket issuance deadlines.
Issuance of all group air tickets and process air ticket refund if required.
Update name list by recording travellers’ details.
Submit requests to land operators or Airlines according to their preference (special meals, rooms or any other requests)
Prepare Pre-tour briefing for group tour departure (preparation of briefing booklet, check travelers' details, issue air tickets, etc)
Assist product planner on creating travel packages.
Any ad-hoc assigned by superior.
