How We Hire

At Glints, we strongly believe in bringing on the right people who have the skills and desire to make things happen, but who also believe in our mission, embody our values, and want to be in it with us for the long haul. It is extremely important for us to get to know you as a person, and for you to get to know us as an organisation, even before you join the team.

Our hiring process is designed to help us zoom in on the information we feel will be most crucial to your success in the role and at Glints. At each stage, you will get the chance to raise any questions you may have - pertaining to the role, the team, Glints, and anything you’re interested to find out more about!

First Interview
We are interested in your profile and would like to find out more about you. Hop on a quick call with our Talent Acquisition team so we can get to know you better!

Personality Tests and Technical Assignment
We’re curious about your personality and working style as a potential teammate. We may sometimes request that you complete an interview assignment so we can better understand your skill sets and the way you think. Don’t worry, there are no right or wrong answers here.

Who Interviews
We’d like to hear more about who you are - your own unique story and how your experiences have shaped you. We find it most helpful when you share actual examples from your experiences, so don’t be afraid to get specific!

Focused Interview
At this stage, you’ll meet other Glintstars with whom you’ll be working closely with - we’ll be focusing on your skill sets and ability to deliver on the role at hand. Because our culture is important to us, we’ll be looking out for how authentically you embody our RIIBCOH values. In return, you’ll get to ask us any questions you may have about Glints so you can get a clear picture before you join our team.

At Glints, reference checks are not just a formality. It’s one of our key opportunities to learn more about you from the people who know you well. The more we understand you, the better we can set you up for success, should you end up joining the team.
