Job description for Operation Administrator at Witty Mitty
- Ensure follow through on updated student list
- Ensure completion of instructors registration documents at client venues
- Ensure instructors availability on day to day basis to teach at client venues
- Ensure instructors familiarity to the client venues
- Provide administration and logistical support to instructors to ensure that they can conduct their classes in a non-disruptive manner.
- Liaise in program offering with clients regularly
- Assist in class coordination including liaising with clients on update on class schedule.
- Assist in ensuring operational and logistical quality checks are in place
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma Graduate
- Having 0-1 year experience in education industry, client servicing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Good attention to details
- Enjoy working with kids
- Self-driven and independent worker
- Willing to travel around Singapore for this job [transport is covered]
