How will you make a positive impact?
Lead the Sales team to achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional omni-channel customer experience the Carrie K. way, both in-store and on-line, across our ready-to-wear, customization and bespoke Jewellery
Manage, track, report, analyze sales & sell through to deliver on monthly targets
Identify and solve Client’s pain points proactively and professionally
Train and develop your team to have exceptional people skills to build long term client relationships, product knowledge & professional sales skills
Consistently gets positive Client reviews and referrals through impeccable Client service and a warm welcoming experience
Proactively identify the strengths of your team and roster team to anticipate the needs of the business to achieve desired outcome
Ensure sales operation is administered in an organized and accurate manner
Project manage ad-hoc events with the team
Manage the day-to-day store inventory process to ensure zero stock loss and efficient stock turn

Are a strong leader with at least 1 years’ experience in a leadership role. And will confidently bring out the best in their team to drive the team’s individual success as well as that of Carrie K.
An ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in managing at least 1 sales assistant
At least 3 years experience in fine jewellery sales
Possess knowledge of Diamonds, Coloured gemstones and precious metals
Experience in selling customized and bespoke jewellery will be an advantage
Experience within a KPI driven environment and understand how to drive these for ongoing growth and success.
Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications, CRM and portable devices.
Ability to prioritise team management, client needs and store management.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training of all new team members.
Conducting performance reviews and upskilling team.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Experience in executing visual merchandising to brand standard
