3. Documentation Management: Manage and process all necessary documentation for air freight shipments, including customs paperwork, bills of lading, and shipment manifests.
4. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges related to air freight shipments, including delays, damages, or discrepancies in documentation.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing air freight operations, including customs regulations, security protocols, and industry standards.
6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, airlines, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient air freight operations.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the air freight customer service function, and work collaboratively with team members to implement solutions.
