Job description for Project Manager at Infocepts
- Function as the principal consultant to assemble and leading the project team, as well as providing supervision to each stage of projects
- Partner with management on project blueprints including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, tests and maintenance
- Act as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached and other key information to all stakeholders
- Define key product metrics
- Works with internal and external resources as needed to gain critical understanding of business operations and systems; translates business requirements into system definitions and solutions
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize experience throughout the client journey to create positive impact
- Stay abreast with new technologies, industry best practices, standards and trends, leveraging on the cutting edge to value-add to our people and clients
- Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Analytics and/or related fields
- Proven work experience in leading project teams (regardless of size) in client solutioning and delivery
- Strong technical knowledge on data warehouse is essential; demonstrated experience with iterative development methodologies, software development life cycle
- Savvy with development & integration which will include setting up configuration management, developing components, peer review, creating unit test plans & performing unit testing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as command of English
