Job description for Bread Maker at 11:11 Bakehouse Bali

- Memproduksi berbagai jenis roti: soft bread, artisan bread, dan basic viennoiserie (fokus utama tetap roti).

- Mengelola proses dough dari awal: mixing, kneading, bulk fermentation, shaping, proofing hingga baking.

- Memastikan kontrol fermentasi (waktu, suhu, hidrasi) untuk menjaga konsistensi kualitas roti.

- Mengoperasikan dan merawat peralatan seperti deck oven, spiral mixer, dan proofer.

- Menjaga konsistensi hasil (struktur crumb, crust, rasa, dan bentuk).

- Mengatur jadwal produksi harian (timing baking, rest dough, dll).

- Mengontrol penggunaan bahan baku dan meminimalkan waste.

- Menjaga kebersihan area kerja sesuai standar food safety.

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim kitchen/front untuk memastikan ketersediaan produk.
