Team Leadership and Management:
• Supervise and lead a team of network engineers, technicians, RMA specialists, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Network Infrastructure Management:
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network systems including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewalls.
• Ensure network architecture supports business needs and growth.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee network-related projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
• Provide expert guidance on networking issues and problem-solving.
• Oversee the implementation of network security measures and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Oversee the entire RMA process, including product returns, replacements, and repairs.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of RMA requests.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline RMA procedures.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively managing RMA communications.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to returns.
• Resolve complex RMA issues and escalate as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of all RMA transactions.
• Generate and analyze reports on RMA activities and performance metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.
Coordination and Communication:
• Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Control, Warehouse, and Customer Service.
• Communicate network status, issues, and solutions, RMA policies and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular meetings to discuss RMA issues and improvements and technical discussions and decision-making processes
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure high standards.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of network performance, security RMA processes to maintain compliance with company policies.
• Address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging networking technologies.
• Encourage continuous learning and skill enhancement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in networking roles, with at least 2-3 years in a manager or leadership position.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in network problem-solving and decision-making.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ITIL, ISO).
• Proficiency in using network management tools and software (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet).
• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or relevant technical certifications.
