Store Manager Servisinkuy (Kuy Group)

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of all branches, ensuring sales targets are met and customer service quality is maintained.
• Lead, develop, and optimize the performance of the sales team to ensure productivity and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Manage and optimize inventory and stock levels to ensure product availability at every branch.
• Develop and implement effective local marketing strategies to increase sales and attract more customers to each branch.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of each branch and prepare regular reports for head office management.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in store management and customer service to maintain operational quality.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and business partners to support smooth operations.
• Ensure all branches operate in accordance with company standards, procedures, and policies.
  

Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role within the retail industry
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
3. Proven experience in team management, operational leadership, and sales team development.
4. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to analyze operational and sales data and use insights to support decision-making.
6. Familiarity with POS systems and store management software.
7. Experience managing multi-branch operations or working in a dynamic retail environment.
