Deskripsi pekerjaan Receptionist PT Meta Visio Indonesia
Scope of works:
- Perform various front desk reception duties for the office which include handling and redirecting mail, messages, and courier deliveries
- Greeting visitors and directing them to a specific person or department
- Responsible for managing the use of the meeting room and ensuring the meeting room is maintained in a clean and tidy state
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls, determine purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments
- Providing administrative support as required, assisting with ad hoc projects, etc.
Requirement:
- Minimum education D3 in Secretary or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2 years of work experience as a Receptionist
- Good written and verbal English communication skills, Japanese communication is advantage
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in details, multitasking, and administration skills
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
