Job Descriptions
- As a Flexi Customer Service Agent, you may be assigned different roles such as checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process. You could also be called upon to provide professional and courteous handling of passengers who require special assistance at Changi Airport. This includes assisting passengers people with reduced mobility, handicapped passengers, mother with infant, etc.
Requirement:
Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Training and on-job training would be provided
Flexible working hours of at least 4hrs on duty per block per week
Interested applicants must be able to commit to training on weekdays
