About the Role

Cut The Cue is looking for a Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our fashion brand's visual communication across social media, e-commerce, campaigns, and other marketing materials.

We are looking for someone with a strong visual sense who can translate brand direction into clean, attractive, and consistent designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visual content for Instagram, TikTok, website, marketplace, and other digital channels.

- Design social media posts, stories, carousel content, banners, ads, and campaign materials.

- Develop promotional materials for new collections, product launches, sales campaigns, and brand activities.

- Create and edit product-related graphics such as product features, sizing information, promotional banners, and marketplace visuals.

- Support the development and consistency of Cut The Cue's visual identity.

- Edit and retouch product and campaign photos when required.

- Create simple layouts for lookbooks, catalogues, presentations, and other brand materials.

- Work closely with the Marketing, Merchandising, and Fashion/Product teams.

- Adapt existing designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.

- Manage design files and ensure source files are properly organized.

- Complete assigned design tasks according to deadlines and campaign schedules.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 year of experience in Graphic Design or a relevant creative role.

- Experience working with a fashion, lifestyle, beauty, retail, or consumer brand is preferred.

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is an advantage.

- Good understanding of typography, composition, layout, branding, and social media design.

- Able to edit and retouch product photography.

- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.

- Able to work independently and manage multiple design requests.

- Responsive to feedback and able to make revisions efficiently.

- Interested in fashion, branding, and current visual trends.

- Must be willing to work from the office in South Jakarta.

Working Arrangement

- Monday–Friday

- 4 working hours per day

- Working schedule can be arranged within 09.00 AM–06.00 PM based on agreement with the Company.

- Work From Office, South Jakarta

- Monthly salary: IDR 3,500,000–4,000,000, depending on experience and portfolio.

Portfolio Required

Candidates must submit a portfolio showing relevant design work.

Portfolio related to fashion, social media content, campaign design, e-commerce, product graphics, or branding will be highly considered.
