Job Description
As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily e-commerce
operations, optimizing online store performance, executing promotional campaigns, and
driving sales growth across marketplaces and digital channels.
You will work closely with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure a
seamless and engaging customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Upload and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, and marketplace analytics
• Execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and product launches
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for campaign assets and content
• Handle stock monitoring and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams
• Ensure smooth order flow and customer experience across all channels
• Conduct competitor and market trend analysis
• Generate regular reports and provide insights for business growth
• Support strategy development to improve conversion and online revenue
