Responsibilities:
- Handle sourcing and purchasing of products and supporting materials (e.g., packaging) to ensure smooth daily operations
- Pack orders accurately while maintaining product quality and timely order fulfillment
- Verify product type, quantity, and packaging before shipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area
- Manage product labeling and basic stock arrangement
- Prepare bulk orders and campaign-related orders
- Upload and update product listings on Shopee and TikTok Shop
- Respond to customer chats and comments in a timely manner
- Coordinate promotional setups (vouchers, discounts, campaigns)
- Monitor and manage stock availability
Requirements:
- Familiar with and able to follow warehouse SOPs strictly
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or packing is a plus
- Familiar with Shopee Seller Center and TikTok Shop platforms
- Fast response with good communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
