Deskripsi pekerjaan Creative Designer Lead - Jakarta BUUMI Playscape
What will you do:
- Develop creative concepts, moodboards, key visuals, and creative directions for campaigns, events, programmes, partnerships, retail, and other Buumi initiatives.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling, and on-brand creative solutions.
- Maintain and strengthen Buumi’s visual identity across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.
- Lead creative development from concept to execution, ensuring the final output reflects the intended creative direction and quality.
- Contribute to spatial and experiential creative, including events, installations, signage, visual merchandising, and on-site experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Programme, Partnership, Operations, VM, and external vendors to bring creative concepts to life.
- Review and provide creative direction or feedback to designers, freelancers, and creative partners.
- Help manage creative priorities and workflow while supporting the development of junior team members.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve Buumi’s brand, customer experience, and creative output.
- Team responsibility: guides creative designers, freelancers and external creative vendors.
Your Attributes:
- 6+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, creative, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio with solid visual design, branding, and conceptual thinking and concept development
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Able to develop concepts and creative directions, not only execute existing briefs.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or relevant design tools.
- Comfortable working across both digital and physical applications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative thinking clearly.
- Detail-oriented while able to understand the bigger picture and business objectives.
- Collaborative, proactive, curious, and open to feedback.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external creative partners.
- Demonstrates potential and interest in growing into a creative leadership role.
- Experience in experiential design, retail, events, hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment, F&B, consumer brands, or creative agencies
