Experience minimum 1 year in Call Center Inbound

Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday
Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA
Responsible :
Answering an Incoming chats and Respond to Email
Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats
Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
Complete All Chat Logs
Updating customers profile into computer
Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
