Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree from any major
2. Experience in the similar position (sales/marketing) within 8 years or in coal business within 5 years
3. Having experience and knowledge about shipping, contract management, tender, domestic market obligation, pricing & quantity regulation and sales/marketing
4. Proficient in Mandarin (read, write and speak actively) and English (read, write and speak actively) is a MUST
5. Expertise in Microsoft Office
Job Responsible:
1. Looking for New Customers
2. Maintain and Develop Potential Customers (Communication and Negotiation)
3. Record Loading Port and Discharging Port by quantity and quality in the system
4. Support Commercial & CQM to send report and/or documents to customers
5. Monitor and follow up Schedule of Shipment, Payment and Invoices
6. Verify Purchase Order/Coal Calculation Sheet for Non-Power Generation Customers
7. Calculate Coal Price for Power Generation customers
8. Coordinate internally to make annual budget (sales plan)
9. Prepare documents for annual coal price negotiation (plan, performance & coal price mechanism)
10. Create or Extend Bid Bonds and Performance Bonds for customers
11. Support Internal Department by sending Questionnaires to customers to receive feedback
12. Input New Contracts to the System (Mine Track) and information to the System (Batubara Online)
13. Monitor New Coal Tenders for Power Generations and Alternative markets
14. Prepare Draft Contracts to be reviewed by superior and Legal department (circulation)
15. Prepare Coal Price Offer to prospected customers
