PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITM) is an Indonesian energy company with an integrated business scope, starting from mining, processing, and logistics activities.

Business Overview
The scope of ITM business includes coal mining operations, processing and logistics which are integrated in Indonesia. The company owns the majority of shares in seven subsidiaries and operates six mining concessions in the island of Kalimantan, covering East, Central and South Kalimantan.
ITM also owns and operates Terminal Batubara Bontang (Bontang Coal Terminal/BoCT), three loading ports, Pembangkit Listrik Bontang [Bontang Electricity Generator] and Hybrid Photo Voltaic Power Plant.
ITM is now shifting to a greener and smarter company by strengthening its renewable energy usage and digital transformation capability. ITM nowadays has been developing renewable energy sector as a new business.***
