Business development team
Seller recruitment(E-commerce business): Find new sellers in the home & living category for e-commerce to be listed on our platform
Partner recruitment(Construction business): Manage partnership with interior design & construction firms for our monthly subscription package
Data & problem analysis: Identify, collect, analyze, and visualize data to define problems
Solution planning implementation: Suggest solutions to improve the conversion rate in sales funnel from lead to won
Process management: Build and optimize the current working process as automatic as possible
Partner analysis: Segment and target the right potential group to improve the partnership process
Market analysis: Identify both potential and ineffective market, potential business opportunities, and find product market fit to improve partner recruitment performance
Partnership evaluation: Review and rate new and current partners, based on standardization, to improve the quality of partners
Have 2+ years of work experience in B2B sales / business development in IT, interior, real estate or relevant industries
Strong problem solving skills
Data-driven and analytical skills to address a variety of complex issues
Ability to make decisions, based on data instead of emotion and intuition
Highly self-motivated, proactive, can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership
Positive thinking & high energy

Knowledge of interior design & construction is a plus
Start-up work experience is preferred
