Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end purchasing administration, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and documentation.
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations across multiple platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada), ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with marketplace partners to optimize product visibility, promotions, and sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Handle affiliate marketing programs, including onboarding affiliates, maintaining relationships, and tracking performance.
- Ensure all e-commerce and purchasing activities are well-documented and aligned with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, finance) to support smooth operational flow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, purchasing, or online sales.
- Hands-on experience managing marketplace platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
- Strong understanding of online marketing, sales strategies, and affiliate programs.
- Proficient in handling large volumes of data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and/or Google Sheets.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
