Explora & CasCisCus are building a new team for our Jakarta branch, and we're looking for a Branch Supervisor who is organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys working with children.
If you enjoy organizing things, communicating with parents, and making sure a branch runs smoothly, you might be the person we're looking for!
Your day-to-day will include:
- Supervising branch operations
- Managing parent & customer relations
- Creating class schedules
- Handling administration & financial reports
- Organizing events and special activities
- Coordinating with tutors, coaches & the team
We'd love to meet you if you are:
- Experienced in operations, administration, education, customer service, or a similar field
- Organized, proactive & responsible
- Good at communicating and coordinating with people
