Job description for Sales NVOCC at PT Maju Aman Jaya
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive – NVOCC / Freight Forwarding to support business development by acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers in the logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding industry.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams regarding rates and service requirements.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and potential business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with Operations and Documentation teams to ensure customer requirements are handled properly.
- Prepare regular sales activity and pipeline reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in NVOCC, freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics.
- Experience handling B2B clients is preferred.
- Good understanding of freight forwarding/shipping processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Willing to conduct client visits when required.
