WHAT YOU WILL DO?
- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Deliver consistent WOW guest experiences
- Maintain service quality, hygiene, and operational standards
- Lead, train, and develop the team in line with 4P’s values
- Monitor performance, inventory, and cost control
- Drive store KPIs and business growth
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality, food quality, and guest experience
- Excellent communication in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Culturally adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced international setting
