Job Description
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Troubleshoot operations issues and solve them
- Ensure prompt start and end of classes, as well as daily sanitisation of classrooms and materials
- Greet our students with a ray of sunshine and a burst of happiness, we want our students to feel like they've come into a Hi-5 concert every time they come for class! And YOU are the star.
- Oversee inventory, facilities, as well as class/centre notices for Public Holiday, centre closure, and any other notices required.
- Research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
- Develop practical solutions for growth of client satisfaction with service delivery and ensure smooth running of internal operations
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business or Operations or any related discipline
- 2 year of experience in operations at a startup environment
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of workflow management
- Experience in responding to complaints and maintaining safety standards
- Experience in scheduling and recovery support
