Job Description

Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure excellent guest service.
Manage restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations.
Control costs, inventory, and service quality.
Lead, train, and supervise the F&B team.
Handle guest complaints and coordinate with other departments.

Job Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in F&B operations in a 4-star hotel.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of service standards and cost control.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good English communication skills.
