Job description for Graphic Designer at PMI Haircare
We are currently looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to work with us. If you possess an insatiable hunger for design excellence and a penchant for pushing creative boundaries, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative design concepts based on briefs from superiors or internal stakeholders in alignment with the company’s business and branding needs.
- Create and execute visual design materials for company purposes, including but not limited to branding, marketing, promotional, visual merchandising, e-commerce, and event-related materials (both digital and non-digital).
- Manage e-commerce and social media visual content, such as product images, promotional banners, and other supporting design materials to strengthen the company’s online presence.
- Ensure all design outputs consistently follow the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity.
- Ensure design projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and coordinate with relevant teams when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficient in graphic design and creative software, including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and relevant 3D design tools.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as color theory, typography, layout, balance, and proportion.
- Strong visual communication skills with the ability to translate concepts and messages into effective visual outputs.
- Good command of written and verbal English.
