F&B Manager — JURA Nation (Jakarta)
At JURA Nation, we’re building a new kind of community hub — where café, co-working, and events blend into one creative ecosystem. Our café is the heart of this experience, and we’re looking for an F&B Manager who can take it to the next level — increasing sales, optimizing costs, and inspiring our team to deliver great products every day.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of café, bar, and kitchen.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase F&B sales and profitability.
- Create promotional ideas, menu improvements, and product bundles.
- Collaborate with event & marketing teams to integrate F&B into community events.
- Monitor inventory, control COGS, and ensure high-quality standards.
- Train and motivate baristas, waiters, and kitchen staff.
- Track daily sales reports and contribute to financial planning.
- Innovate — new menus, new concepts, and better experiences.
Key Goals
- Grow monthly revenue by 20-30%.
- Maintain COGS under 30%.
- Improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
- Build a strong and passionate F&B team culture.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience managing café or restaurant operations.
- Proven track record of increasing sales or improving margins.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Hands-on, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for coffee, creativity, and community.
