HOW WE WORK (If full time)
• Daily check-in around 9AM Singapore time.
• You work from a ranked priority queue: same-day tasks first, then tasks due within the week, with one day a week kept for longer-term work such as research and strategy.
• End-of-day update on what you finished, then a short call or WhatsApp to re-prioritise.
• Flexible hours, as long as the work meets the agreed standard.
• Deliverables are reviewed monthly for the first three months of probation, then every three months afterward.
