Discover Isla Indah Retreat, located in Nusa Lembongan, Bali, Indonesia.
We started as a small surf school on the beautiful and stunning small island of Nusa Lembongan (close to Bali) a few years ago, and we flourished into the top retreat center in Nusa Lembongan and in Bali in general.
We cater to the surfers, yogis, snorkelers, and Balinese massage treatment seekers, as well as the tourists who just long to stay at a zen, peaceful environment close to the most strategic places in Nusa Lembongan.

We are some of the most flexible and fun place to work at in Nusa Lembongan! We're not just your typical strict-working hotel (although we prioritize high performance to all of the staffs), and we are not stuck in the generic-looking uniforms and other things you would usually see in a hotel. Our hotel is filled with smiles and laughter from the fun, happy and cheerful staffs and we are glad to be keeping this culture for years :)
