The journey began with the establishment of PT Buana Selaras Globalindo in 1996, a company dedicated to supplying telecommunications networks. To expand its market reach, BSG Group founded PT Bentala Selaras Globalindo in 2012, which also specialized in the telecommunications sector. Further strengthening its telecommunications business unit, BSG Group acquired PT Tritunas Putra Nusantara in mid-2022. This strategic acquisition enhanced the Group’s capabilities in providing construction services and telecommunications infrastructure installations.
By 2020, BSG Group diversified its portfolio through the establishment of PT Bahana Selaras Globalindo, focusing on the F&B and hospitality industries. Today, it manages not only restaurant brands—Bree Coffee and Kitchen (IG: @bree_cijeruk) and Tanabambu (IG: @tanabambu)—but also photo studios—Suwung Studio (IG: @iki.suwung) and Instafactory (IG: @instafactory)—as well as recreational venues.
