Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things social media and a deep understanding of how to leverage various social platforms to achieve marketing goals. This role involves managing our company's social media profiles, creating engaging content, analyzing engagement data, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility and influence across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast) to appeal to our target audiences.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used and to identify new opportunities for engagement.
- Analyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
- Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Adequate knowledge of SEO would be advantage.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English.
