Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Liaison Intern to join our team. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between the Tebengan project and our clients, ensuring seamless integration of our shared mobility solutions into their ecosystems. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the Tebengan project team and clients, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Assist in the integration of Tebengan's shared mobility solutions with client systems, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals.
Coordinate with clients and end-users during the integration period to address any issues or concerns promptly.
Maintain detailed records of project activities, timelines, and client interactions.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Support the project team in organizing and conducting meetings, workshops, and training sessions with clients.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to both internal teams and clients.
Identify and escalate any potential risks or challenges to the project manager.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is a plus.
Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for project coordination and client relations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
Familiarity with integration processes and client onboarding.
Knowledge of the transportation or shared mobility industry is advantageous.
