Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply
- Enjoy working in speed
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
