We are looking for Mandarin Translator & Personal Assistant can join ASAP.
Responsibilities:
This is a full-time for a Mandarin translator & Personal Assistant. The Mandarin translator will be responsible for translating written and verbal content from Mandarin to English, or mandarin to Indonesian, through written, speaking, and translation document. The Personal Assistant will provide support to the Director in the Head Office. The role’s core duties will include secretarial services, coordinating activities in the Head Office or Site and assisting other Employee when required. This role oversees all administrative functions including proper distribution of internal and external mail, independent correspondence and an up to date registry system to maintain an efficient and effective Head Office or Site.
Assist Director & other department in any Translation work, including but not limited to Translation (Mandarin-English-Bahasa, vice versa). Coordinate the preparation, proofreading, translation and distribution of agendas, letters, presentations reports and other documents in Mandarin. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information, and Assist Superior in other arrangement.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from any Mandarin related Major (Major in Chinese Education/Chinese Language/Chinese Literature/degree in Translation will be preferable).
- Have experience in related field or Fresh Graduates all welcome.
- HSK 5 or above Mandarin Level is a must (Have a good English Language proficiency is also preferable).
- Good understanding of Mandarin, English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) as work language.
- Possess good communication skill, positive attitude, well-mannered, flexible, detail oriented, professional, teamwork oriented and technology savvy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiar with Project Construction is preferred.
- Can drive and have driving license is preferred.
- Arrange and coordinate the Director schedule and remind him/her in time.
- Assess priorities of work and, wherever possible, assist in organizing the Director’s priorities.
- File and record all business documents as required.
- Check documents submitted by departments and record when use the stamp, also maintain strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.
