Responsibilities
1. Developing Marketing and Sales Strategies:
Create comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive both online and offline sales, aligned with the overall business objectives.
Identify target markets and customer segments to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
2. Managing Online Sales Channels:
Oversee the development and management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
Utilize digital marketing techniques such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to drive online traffic and conversion.
3. Overseeing Offline Sales Operations:
Manage retail store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service, to optimize offline sales performance.
Implement sales strategies to enhance foot traffic, maximize conversion rates, and increase average transaction value in brick-and-mortar stores.
Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as events, promotions, and partnerships to drive store traffic and increase sales.
4. Analyzing Sales Performance:
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs for both online and offline channels, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop reports and presentations to communicate sales performance to senior management and stakeholders.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop and manage budgets for marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Conduct sales forecasting and demand planning to optimize inventory levels and anticipate market trends.
6. Building Partnerships and Collaborations:
Identify and establish partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders, influencers, and brands to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers.
7. Leading and Mentoring the Team:
Train and motivate a high-performing team of marketing and sales professionals, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in marketing and sales management roles within the retail fashion industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and retail operations.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Leadership abilities with experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing and sales initiatives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current trends and consumer preferences in the Mother-children equipment industry and fashion industry.
