- minimum of 3-7 years in HR roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.

9. Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
10. Managing employee relations, handling grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
11. Developing performance management systems, conducting evaluations, and implementing improvement plans.
12. Identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and fostering employee development.
13. Administering compensation plans, managing benefits programs, and ensuring competitive salary structures.
14. Creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
15. Contributing to strategic planning to align HR initiatives with business goals.
