Job Description :
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process to achieve manpower fulfillment target
• Manage and execute Organizational Development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategies, optimizes structure, and efficiency
• Design, Implement, and evaluate people development program to enhance employee skills, compentencies, and performance
• Design and Implement of performance management system
• Plan and execute organizational/company culture internalization program and employee engagement
Qualification :
• Graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment & Organizational Development
• Experienced in using Psychological Test tools
• Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies
• Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
