Deskripsi pekerjaan Digital Marketing Specialist PT. Kembar Digital Indonesia
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
Develop and produce engaging content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative team to generate ideas and content that align with the brand voice and objectives.
2. Social Media Advertising:
Plan, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve targeted KPIs.
3. Google Ads:
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and monitor campaign performance.
4. Graphic Design:
Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media posts, website banners, and email newsletters.
Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand identity and guidelines.
5. Marketing Strategy Development:
Craft comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing digital, advertising, communications, and creative elements.
Develop strategic plans to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
6. Budget Management:
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the marketing department.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and adhere to budget constraints.
7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Set measurable goals and KPIs for digital campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
Proven experience in content creation, social media advertising, Google Ads, and graphic design.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and digital marketing best practices.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.).
Experience with social media platforms and their advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with SEO and SEM strategies.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website updates.
