About The Role
We are looking for a B2B Bank Partnership. This role entails maintaining strong relationships with our existing B2B partners while also spearheading the acquisition of new clients. Our flagship product is a core virtual account tailored for the banking industry, providing innovative solutions in the realm of payment gateways. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious clients acquisition.
Here's a snapshot of what we're looking for:
• Experience
We are seeking candidates with a solid background in banking, switching, or payment gateway. Ideally, you have a proven track record of success in client relationship management within the B2B sphere.
• Focus on B2B Market
Your primary focus will be nurturing and expanding our network of B2B partners, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our product offerings.
• Acquisition: You'll be instrumental in identifying and acquiring new clients, driving growth and expansion in our target markets.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching potential clients
- Create and implement effective strategies for attracting and acquiring new clients
- Build long-term relationships with stakeholder especially in banking industry
- Prepare partnership proposal
- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
- Negotiate with clients on matters to finalize the deal
- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Having pipeline partnership with banking industry
- Proven experience in Fintech Industry, Payment Gateway or Switching
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and business development.
- Excellent approaching skill
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive in addressing client concerns and providing effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in project management cycle

A proactive "hunter" mentality with a strong drive to acquire new business.
Exceptional negotiation and sales skills, coupled with analytical thinking.
Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed targets.
A keen interest in Payments and Finance, with a desire to stay informed about industry trends.
