Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Proven accounting experience, preferably as bookkeeper, AR Clerk, or AP Clerk.
- Basic knowledge in bookkeeping, other accounting procedures, and tax principles
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Aptitude for numbers
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Fast learner and achiever
- Basic English is required
- Energetic and dynamic personality
- Preferably living in Semarang area
Job Description:
- Handles petty cash payments, maintains cash & bank reports
- Prepares daily payment vouchers and payment report for approval
- Executes general ledger postings for recurrent transactions
- Maintains cash and bank reports
- Consolidates cash and bank reports
- Handles invoices, receipts, and account statements
- Communicates payment matters and payment statuses with other team members and suppliers
- Processes recurrent bill payment and ensures on-time payment
- Files accounting records and maintains other accounting databases
- Occasionally develops/prepares other accounting reports as per requirements
