Deskripsi pekerjaan 3PL Service Quality Officer Power Commerce Asia
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain 3PL service quality operational processes and principles in line with business and logistical development.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving, best working practices and industry standards, to deliver agreed service levels.
- Responsible for recording and monitoring performance standards within the 3PL service quality operation and ensuring this is briefed out to all concerned.
- Develop daily KPIs and weekly scorecard updates for the weekly KPIs of the 3PL service quality operation, utilizing all resources data on hand, including own 3PL update data
- Drive initiative with 3PL to improve order fulfillment capabilities
- Analyze to enable better decision-making on the overall distribution strategy
Requirements:
- Graduate min. Bachelor (S1) from any major related
- At least 2 years of Logistics experience in Business/Logistics and Distribution/Top consulting firms at the same level
- Can create & develop new technical procedures related to 3PL operations
- Highly PC literate in MS Office (Excel), ERP, and Database
- Good communication and teamwork
- Having a vision to develop a business and the intention to develop continuous improvement
- Good Leadership who could motivate staff and demonstrate personnel commitment
