Requirements :
- Bachelor in Economics or Accounting are preferred, but any other bachelor with similar required experiences can apply.
- Male or female, minimum 30 years old
- Min 3 years experience.
- Fluent in Microsoft office and google programs.
- Fluent in professional english.
- Has good taste in visuals.
- Problem solver, curious in nature, decision maker, and confident.
- Good in managing workload.
- Cheerful and good in team work.
Job description:
- Arranging internal and external schedules.
- Arranging petty cash.
- Creating and sending quotations and invoices.
- Arranging events.
- Arranging office facilities.
- Administering staff's attendance.
- Liasing with finance team for remuneration, BPJS, and tax.
- Contacting new and existing vendors for new materials, quotations, and invoices.
