Deskripsi pekerjaan Office Manager commsult Indonesia
- Collaborate with HR & Finance to manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Responsible in doing administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Establish and implement standard operating procedures to run the office properly.
- Ensure that the company’s properties and their facilities are clean and well maintained.
- Manage IT equipment (rotation, inventory, stock) and its security.
- Manage housekeepings’ tasks and ensure they complete it in accordance with established SOP and cleanliness standards.
- Arrange hospitality (e.g. book hotel, meals, and other services) for German colleagues when they visit.
- Administer company’s related documents, accounts, and subscriptions.
- Ensure that retention, protection and confidentiality of files and records of the office are always maintained.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalents.
- Have 2 years of experience in office management or general services/general affairs.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in office software available in WindowsOS (e.g Word, Excel, PPT, and others) or MacOS (e.g. Pages, Keynote, Numbers, and others).
- Have basic knowledge and experience using technologies (e.g. operating laptop, smart TV, projector, and others)
- Have experience using Google Workspace tools, such as Google Doc, Google Sheet, and Google Slides.
- Fast learner.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to respond quickly to various situations and emergencies.
- Teamwork spirit, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with various layers of workers.
- High level of confidentiality to ensure confidential company information is not leaked.
- Must be able to excel in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
- Strong attention to detail, has high standards of hygiene and is highly organized.
- Willing to work from Office (BSD, Tangerang Selatan).
