Job description for YesStudent Success Partner (Overseas Education Counselor) at PT Yes Study Education Group
- Generate leads and convert them into enrolment.
- Consult with students and parents about admission requirements for overseas universities as per their eligibility and preferences.
- Interact with students, parents & professionals in person and assist them for overseas university admissions.
- Attend schools' events (education fairs) in Indonesia.
- Follow up with students via emails and phone calls.
- Must be responsible for entire student admission cycle: own lead generation, prospecting, follow-ups, counselling, admission, orientation, support, retention and productive output.
- Sufficient written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good to have: At least one year working experience in the same business settings and/or graduated from overseas colleges and universities.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience.
- Displays intellectual curiosity and the ability to handle ambiguity.
- Highly energetic, positive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
- Tenacious and goal-oriented.
- Discipline to conduct and manage sales cycle process from initial contact through to initial qualification.
- Collaborative and team oriented.
